ACCOMMODATION RULES

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:

• Check-in from 2:00 PM.

• Check-out until 12:00 PM.

• Check-in allowed from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM and check-out from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

• If the guest arrives later for check-in or earlier for check-out outside these times, a fee of R$ 100.00 will be charged to cover staff overtime.

ITEMS PROVIDED:

• Bed linens and towels are available for guests (no changes during the stay).

• Breakfast is not provided.

REQUIRED INFORMATION:

• Full name and ID number of all guests must be provided.

• Vehicle license plate, color, and model must be provided.

PARKING:

• Only 2 cars are allowed at the property. No visitor parking available.

CAPACITY AND VISITORS:

• Maximum capacity: 08 people (adults and children).

• Visitors beyond the 08 guests are not allowed.

• Under no circumstances are extra guests permitted. Management may carry out inspections without prior notice, request guests to leave the property, and consider it a contract breach without refund.

SECURITY DEPOSIT AND FEES:

• Security deposit: R$ 400.00, to be paid up to 24h before check-in via bank transfer or Pix. Refunded after check-out inspection.

• Cleaning fee: R$ 300.00 (covers delivery of the property clean, organized, and with laundered linens). Guests must return the property in similar condition.

• A R$ 200.00 fine will be applied or deducted from the deposit if the property is left in poor condition (trash and dirty dishes).

EVENTS AND UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS:

• Events are not allowed (parties, gatherings with live or electronic music).

• Unauthorized guests will not be allowed.

PAYMENT RECEIPTS:

• Proof of deposit payment must be presented to the support team before entering the property.

QUIET HOURS AND NEIGHBOR RESPECT:

• Respect quiet hours, especially at night, to ensure rest for all guests and neighbors.

• Loud music or noise disturbing neighbors is not allowed at any time.

USE OF FACILITIES:

• Use facilities with care to avoid damage. Any damage will be deducted from the deposit.

• Do not move furniture or utensils without authorization. A R$ 100.00 fee may be deducted from the deposit if this occurs.

PETS:

• Inform in advance if you wish to bring pets.

• Guests are responsible for pet cleaning and behavior.

SECURITY:

• Keep doors and windows locked when leaving to ensure the safety of belongings.

MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS:

• Report any maintenance or repair issues immediately to the support team.

WATER AND ENERGY USE:

• Use water and electricity consciously, avoiding waste. This helps keep costs low and preserve the environment.

POOL AND COMMON AREAS:

• If there is a pool or common areas, follow all safety and hygiene rules. Children must always be supervised by an adult.

PROHIBITED ITEMS:

• No use of illicit drugs or controlled substances.

• Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Use designated outdoor areas.

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES:

• TRASH: All garbage must be bagged to avoid insects.

• DISHES: All dishes must be washed.

• AIR CONDITIONING: Ensure all units are turned off.

• BELONGINGS: Carefully check all belongings before leaving. We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items.
