How to get there:

Approximately 110 km from Fortaleza (about 2 hours by car)

Parking: Spaces available on-site for guests.

IMPORTANT:

Guaramiranga does not have Uber, taxi, or iFood services, so it is recommended to use a car for greater convenience during your stay.

Monte Flor Condominium is the largest and most luxurious condominium in the Guaramiranga mountains, offering high-end houses and lofts just 900 meters from the city’s main square.

Its structure features 85 residential units, designed to combine leisure, comfort, and exclusivity amid the mild climate and lush mountain greenery.

In the leisure area, the condominium offers heated adult and children’s pools, a sauna with a relaxation area, gym, game room, playground, convenience lounge, panoramic deck, barbecue area, pizza oven, gourmet space, sports courts for tennis, soccer, volleyball, and basketball, as well as a running track around a large perennial lake.

It also has a private restaurant, chapel, helipad, and permanent preservation areas, providing guests with a complete and comfortable stay.

The condominium has three 24-hour gatehouses and security, ensuring peace of mind throughout your stay.

REGRAS DA ACOMODAÇÃO:


CHECK-IN E CHECK-OUT:

• Horário de Check-in a partir das 14h.

• Check-out até as 12h.

• Tolerância de horário para check-in das 14h às 21h e para check-out das 8h às 14h.

• Caso o cliente atrase o check-in ou queira adiar o check-out fora desses horários, será cobrada uma taxa de R$ 100,00 para cobrir horas extras do funcionário.


ITENS FORNECIDOS:

• Lençóis e toalhas disponíveis para os hóspedes (não há trocas durante a estada).

• Em caso de manchas nas toalhas ou lençóis, o valor da peça será retido da cução até o retorno da lavanderia para confirmação de remoção.

• Não oferecemos café da manhã.


INFORMAÇÕES NECESSÁRIAS:

• Necessário informar nome e número do documento de identificação de todos os hóspedes.

• Necessário informar placa, cor e modelo dos veículos.


ESTACIONAMENTO:

• É permitido apenas 2 carros no imóvel. Carros adicionais devem ficar na vaga de visitantes ao lado da portaria conforme disponibilidade, pois essas vagas são rotativas.


CAPACIDADE E VISITANTES:

• Capacidade máxima de 10 pessoas (adultos e crianças).

• Proibida a entrada de visitantes além dos 10 hóspedes.

• Em hipótese alguma será permitido pessoas acima do permitido. A administradora pode realizar vistoria sem aviso prévio, solicitar a saída do imóvel e considerar quebra de contrato sem devolução do valor pago.


CAUÇÃO E TAXAS:

• Caução no valor de R$ 400,00. Deve ser paga pelo hóspede até 24h antes do check-in via transferência bancária ou Pix. Este valor será devolvido após a vistoria de check-out.

• Taxa de limpeza: R$ 350,00. A taxa de limpeza é para entregar o imóvel limpo, organizado e com rouparia lavada. Solicitamos que, na saída, a entrega do imóvel seja feita em condições semelhantes.

• Multa de R$ 200,00 será aplicada ou retida do valor da caução caso o imóvel seja entregue em condições não favoráveis (lixo e louça).


EVENTOS E HÓSPEDES NÃO AUTORIZADOS:

• Não é permitido eventos (festas, confraternizações com musica ao vivo ou eletrônica).

• Não será permitido hóspedes fora da lista de autorização.


COMPROVANTES:

• O comprovante de pagamento da caução deve ser apresentado à equipe de suporte antes da entrada no imóvel.


SILÊNCIO E RESPEITO AOS VIZINHOS:

• Respeite os horários de silêncio, especialmente à noite, para garantir que todos os hóspedes e vizinhos possam descansar tranquilamente.

• Proibido som em volume que incomode os vizinhos em qualquer hora do dia.


USO DAS INSTALAÇÕES:

• Utilize as instalações com cuidado para evitar danos. Qualquer dano causado será descontado do valor da caução.

• Não é permitido mover móveis ou utensílios sem autorização. Se constatado poderá ser retido o valor de R$ 800,00 da caução.


ANIMAIS DE ESTIMAÇÃO:

• Informe previamente se deseja trazer animais de estimação. A acomodação aceita apenas animais de pequeno porte e bem comportados.

• Os hóspedes são responsáveis pela limpeza e pelo comportamento dos animais.


SEGURANÇA:

• Mantenha portas e janelas trancadas quando sair do imóvel para garantir a segurança de seus pertences.


MANUTENÇÃO E REPAROS:

• Informe imediatamente qualquer problema de manutenção ou reparo necessário à equipe de suporte para que possam ser resolvidos rapidamente.


USO DA ÁGUA E ENERGIA:

• Seja consciente no uso da água e energia, evitando desperdícios. Isso ajuda a manter os custos baixos e preservar o meio ambiente.


PISCINA E ÁREAS COMUNS:

• Se houver piscina ou áreas comuns, siga as regras de segurança e higiene estabelecidas. Crianças devem ser supervisionadas por um adulto em todos os momentos.


ITENS PROIBIDOS:

• Proibido o uso de drogas ilícitas ou substâncias controladas na acomodação.

• Proibido fumar dentro do imóvel. Utilize as áreas externas designadas para fumar.


NO CHECK-OUT:

• LIXO: Todo lixo do imóvel deve ser embalado para evitar aparecimento de insetos.

• LOUÇA: Toda louça deverá ser lavada.
