Located about 5 km from the city center and just 15 minutes from the main square and restaurants, the property offers an excellent leisure area with a playground for children, a garden with lawn, a game room for adults, and a deck with a pool and barbecue area.

The Temporada Guaramiranga team will be on call to assist with any issues throughout your stay. Our office is located in downtown Guaramiranga, right in front of the main square.

Our check-in time is until 9:00 PM. If the guest arrives after this time, an additional fee of R$ 100.00 will be charged.

Access to the house is very easy, with part of the route on asphalt and part on cobblestone up to the property.

ACCOMMODATION RULES

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:

Check-in from 2:00 PM.

Check-out until 12:00 PM.

Grace period: Check-in from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM and check-out from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

If the guest is late for check-in or wishes to check out outside of these hours, an additional fee of R$ 100.00 will be charged to cover staff overtime.

ITEMS PROVIDED:

Bed linen and towels are provided (no replacements during the stay).

Breakfast is not provided.

REQUIRED INFORMATION:

Full name and ID number of all guests must be provided.

License plate, color, and model of all vehicles must be informed.

PARKING:

Only 2 cars are allowed to park near the house. Others must park at the lower part of the property.

CAPACITY AND VISITORS:

Maximum capacity: 20 people (adults and children).

Visitors beyond the 20 authorized guests are not allowed.

Under no circumstances will additional guests be permitted. The property manager may carry out inspections without prior notice and may request guests to leave the property, which will be considered a breach of contract with no refund.

DEPOSIT AND FEES:

Security deposit: R$ 1,000.00, to be paid up to 24 hours before check-in via bank transfer or Pix. This amount will be refunded after the check-out inspection.

Cleaning fee: R$ 800.00. This covers delivering the property clean, organized, and with clean linens. Guests are expected to leave the house in similar condition.

A R$ 200.00 fine may be applied or deducted from the deposit if the property is left in poor condition (trash or dirty dishes).

EVENTS AND UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS:

Events (parties, gatherings with live or electronic music) are not allowed.

Only guests on the authorization list are allowed to stay.

PAYMENT RECEIPTS:

Proof of security deposit payment must be presented to the support team before entry to the property.

QUIET HOURS & NEIGHBOR RESPECT:

Respect quiet hours, especially at night, to ensure a peaceful environment for all.

Loud music or noise that disturbs neighbors is not allowed at any time.

USE OF FACILITIES:

Use all facilities responsibly to avoid damage. Any damages will be deducted from the security deposit.

Moving furniture or utensils without permission is not allowed. If this occurs, R$ 800.00 may be withheld from the deposit.

PET POLICY:

Prior notice is required if bringing pets.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas, armchairs, hammocks, rugs, or to use pillows or linens.

Pets cannot be left locked in the room for more than 3 hours during the day (they must stay in the owner's room at night).

Pets are not allowed in the pool.

Any damage caused by pets is the sole responsibility of the guest.

We are not responsible for pets or related incidents (the site is not fully fenced).

SAFETY:

Keep doors and windows locked when leaving the property to ensure the safety of your belongings.

MAINTENANCE:

Report any maintenance or repair issues immediately to the support team so they can be addressed promptly.

WATER & ENERGY USAGE:

Use water and electricity responsibly to avoid waste, reduce costs, and preserve the environment.

POOL & COMMON AREAS:

Follow all safety and hygiene rules in pool or shared areas.

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

PROHIBITED ITEMS:

Illegal drugs or controlled substances are strictly forbidden.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Use designated outdoor areas.

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES:

Trash: All trash must be bagged to prevent insects.

Dishes: All dishes must be washed.

Air Conditioning: Ensure all units are turned off.

Belongings: Double-check all your belongings before leaving. We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items.
