CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:
Check-in from 2:00 PM.
Check-out by 12:00 PM.
Check-in allowed between 2:00 PM and 9:00 PM. A R$ 100.00 fee applies for check-in after this time.
A R$ 100.00 fee applies for late check-in or late check-out outside designated hours.
ITEMS PROVIDED:
Bed linen and towels included (no replacements during the stay).
Breakfast is not provided.
REQUIRED INFORMATION:
All guests must provide full name and ID number.
Vehicle plate number, color, and model must be informed.
PARKING:
The property offers 2 parking spots.
CAPACITY AND VISITORS:
Maximum capacity: 8 people (including children).
No visitors beyond the 8 registered guests allowed.
Extra guests are strictly prohibited. The management may inspect the property without notice and enforce contract cancellation without refund.
SECURITY DEPOSIT AND FEES:
Security deposit: R$ 200.00. Must be paid up to 24h before check-in via bank transfer or Pix. It will be refunded after check-out inspection.
Cleaning fee: R$ 350.00. Covers delivery of the property clean, organized, and with fresh linens. The guest must return the property in similar condition.
A R$ 200.00 penalty will be applied or deducted from the deposit if trash is left uncollected or dishes are left dirty.
EVENTS AND UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS:
Events (parties, gatherings with live or electronic music) are not allowed.
Ambient music is allowed as long as it respects the neighborhood noise limits.
Guests not listed in the reservation are not allowed.
PROOF OF PAYMENT:
Proof of the security deposit must be sent to the support team before check-in.
QUIET HOURS AND NEIGHBOR RESPECT:
Observe quiet hours, especially from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Loud music or noises disturbing neighbors are prohibited at any time.
USE OF FACILITIES:
Use facilities with care to avoid damage. Any damages will be deducted from the deposit.
Moving furniture or utensils without permission may result in a R$ 100.00 deduction from the deposit.
PETS:
Notify in advance if bringing pets. Only small pets are allowed.
Guests are responsible for pet cleanliness and behavior.
SECURITY:
Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property to ensure safety.
MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS:
Report any maintenance issues to the support team promptly.
WATER AND ENERGY USE:
Be mindful of water and electricity consumption.
PROHIBITED ITEMS:
Illegal drugs or controlled substances are not allowed on the premises.
Smoking is prohibited inside the house. Use designated outdoor areas for smoking.
AT CHECK-OUT:
TRASH: All trash must be bagged and properly discarded.
DISHES: All dishes must be cleaned.
