Beautiful House with 4 Suites and Heated Hot Tub in Guaramiranga (Casa 01 – Bom Sucesso Condominium)

GENERAL RULES

The maximum number of guests allowed in the property is 14 people, including adults and children.

In case of stains on towels or bed linens, the cost of the item will be withheld from the security deposit until confirmation from the laundry.

The house has 2 garage spaces, and a third car may be parked in front of the house.

A security deposit of 20% of the total stay value will be charged upon arrival to cover any damage to the property, furniture, or utensils. If no damage is found, the amount will be refunded at the end of the stay.

Guests must comply with all condominium rules.

Contract information will be requested via email by the host. You must provide full names and ID numbers (RG) of all guests, as well as license plate, model, and color of the car.

Loud music above legal limits is not allowed, and automotive sound systems or any noise that disturbs neighbors are strictly prohibited.

Visitors who are not registered guests are not allowed.

Under no circumstances will additional guests be accepted. The property manager may carry out inspections without prior notice and request guests to vacate the property, which will be considered a breach of contract without refund.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in: From 2:00 PM

Check-out: Until 12:00 PM

Grace period: Check-in between 2:00 PM and 9:00 PM / Check-out between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM

A R$ 100.00 fee will be charged for late check-in or check-out outside the established time to cover staff overtime.

ITEMS PROVIDED

Bed linens and towels are provided (no replacements during the stay).

Breakfast is not provided.

EVENTS & UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS

Events (parties, gatherings with live or electronic music) are not permitted.

Only authorized and registered guests are allowed to stay.

PROOF OF PAYMENT

Proof of security deposit payment must be presented to the support team before check-in.

QUIET HOURS & NEIGHBOR RESPECT

Respect quiet hours, especially at night, to ensure everyone’s rest and comfort.

Noise or loud music that may disturb neighbors is not allowed at any time.

USE OF FACILITIES

Please use all facilities carefully to avoid damage. Any damage will be deducted from the security deposit.

Moving furniture or utensils without prior permission is not allowed. If this rule is broken, R$ 100.00 may be withheld from the deposit.

PET POLICY

Small and well-behaved pets are allowed only with prior approval.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring appropriate behavior.

Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas, armchairs, hammocks, pillows, linens, towels, or rugs.

Pets must not be locked in a room for more than 3 hours during the day. At night, they must stay in the owner’s room.

Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool.

The guest is fully responsible for any damage caused by pets to the property, furniture, or items.

We are not responsible for any pet-related incidents. (The property is not fully fenced).

SECURITY

Keep all doors and windows locked when leaving the property to ensure the safety of your belongings.

MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS

Report any maintenance issues or needed repairs to the support team immediately so they can be resolved promptly.

WATER & ENERGY USE

Use water and electricity responsibly to avoid waste, reduce costs, and help preserve the environment.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

The use of illegal drugs or controlled substances is strictly prohibited.

Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Please use designated outdoor smoking areas.

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS

Trash: All garbage must be bagged to prevent insects.

Dishes: All dishes must be washed before departure.

Belongings: Check all personal items carefully before leaving. We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items.

ENVIRONMENTAL NOTICE

This property is located in the Atlantic Forest region, home to a wide variety of wildlife and plant species. As this is their natural habitat, current environmental laws protect them, and we cannot take action against native species. Therefore, we are not responsible for any incidents involving the local fauna or flora. Thank you for helping us preserve the environment.
