Accommodation Rules

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:

Check-in from 2:00 PM.

Check-out by 12:00 PM.

Grace period: Check-in from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM and check-out from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

A R$100.00 fee will be charged if guests arrive late for check-in or delay check-out outside these hours to cover staff overtime.

ITEMS PROVIDED:

Bed linens and towels are available for guests (no changes during the stay).

Breakfast is not provided.

REQUIRED INFORMATION:

Full name and ID number of all guests must be provided.

Vehicle information required: license plate, color, and model.

Note: Heating of the hot tub costs R$260.00 per day.

Note: Electricity consumption during the stay is charged at R$1.20 per kilowatt.

Pets allowed with a fee of R$150.00 per pet. Limit of 2 pets.

PARKING:

Only 4 cars allowed on the property. No visitor parking available.

CAPACITY AND VISITORS:

Maximum capacity: 20 people (adults and children).

Visitors beyond the 20 registered guests are not allowed.

No exceptions for exceeding the allowed number of people. Management may inspect the property without notice, request immediate departure, and consider the contract broken without refund.

SECURITY DEPOSIT AND FEES:

Security deposit of R$1,600.00 must be paid by the guest up to 24 hours before check-in via bank transfer or Pix. This amount will be refunded within 24 hours after checkout inspection.

Cleaning fee: R$550.00 – covers cleaning, organization, and fresh linens. Guests must return the property in similar condition.

A R$200.00 fine will be charged or withheld from the deposit if the property is left in poor condition (trash, dirty dishes).

EVENTS AND UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS:

Events (parties, gatherings with live or electronic music) are not allowed.

Only authorized guests on the reservation list are permitted.

PROOF OF PAYMENT:

Proof of security deposit payment must be presented to the support team before entering the property.

QUIET HOURS AND RESPECT FOR NEIGHBORS:

Respect quiet hours, especially at night, so all guests and neighbors can rest peacefully.

Loud music that disturbs neighbors is prohibited at any time.

USE OF FACILITIES:

Use facilities carefully to avoid damage. Any damage will be deducted from the deposit.

Moving furniture or utensils without authorization is prohibited. A R$100.00 fee may be withheld from the deposit if this occurs.

PET POLICY:

Notify in advance if bringing pets.

Guests are responsible for cleaning and pet behavior.

PET RULES:

Bringing pets requires prior approval. The tenant must specify quantity, breed, and size, comply with house rules, and pay a R$150.00 fee per pet (maximum 2).

Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas, armchairs, hammocks, pillows, bedding, towels, or rugs during day or night.

Pets must not be confined in the room for more than 3 hours during the day. At night, they must stay inside the owner’s room (mandatory).

Pool use is prohibited for pets.

Tenant is responsible for any damage caused by pets to the property, furniture, and objects.

We are not responsible for any incidents related to pets (the property is not fully fenced).

This area is located in the Atlantic Forest region, an ecosystem with protected native fauna and flora. We are in the natural habitat of these animals, protected by law against any action against them. We are not responsible for any incidents involving local fauna and flora. Thank you for helping preserve the environment.

SECURITY:

Keep doors and windows locked when leaving to ensure the safety of your belongings.

MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS:

Immediately report any maintenance or repair issues to the support team for prompt resolution.

WATER AND ENERGY USE:

Use water and electricity responsibly to avoid waste, helping keep costs low and preserving the environment.

POOL AND COMMON AREAS:

If there is a pool or common areas, follow safety and hygiene rules. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

PROHIBITED ITEMS:

Use of illegal drugs or controlled substances on the property is prohibited.

Smoking inside the property is forbidden. Use designated outdoor smoking areas.

AT CHECK-OUT:

Trash: All trash must be bagged to prevent insects.

Dishes: All dishes must be washed.

Belongings: Check all your belongings before leaving. We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items.
