House with 4 Suites in a Luxury Gated Community (Loft 32 – Cidade Jardins)

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in from 2:00 PM.

Check-out by 12:00 PM.

Grace period: Check-in from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM | Check-out from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

A R$100.00 fee will be charged if guests arrive late for check-in or delay check-out outside these times to cover staff overtime.

ITEMS PROVIDED

Bed linen and towels are available for guests (no changes during the stay).

In case of stains on towels or sheets, the cost of the item will be withheld from the security deposit until the laundry confirms removal.

Breakfast is not included.

REQUIRED INFORMATION

Full name and ID number of all guests must be provided.

Vehicle information is required: license plate, color, and model.

PARKING

Up to 2 cars allowed per property.

Extra cars must be parked in visitor spots next to the gate, depending on availability. These spots are shared.

CAPACITY AND VISITORS

Maximum capacity: 12 people (including adults and children).

No visitors allowed beyond the 12 registered guests.

Exceeding the guest limit is strictly prohibited.

The management may inspect the property at any time without notice. Violation may result in eviction and cancellation of the reservation without refund.

SECURITY DEPOSIT & FEES

Security deposit: R$400.00 – must be paid via bank transfer or Pix up to 24 hours before check-in. Refunded after final inspection.

Cleaning fee: R$350.00 – covers delivery of the property clean, organized, and with fresh linens. Please return the property in similar condition.

Penalty fee: R$200.00 will be charged or deducted from the deposit if the property is left in poor condition (e.g., dirty dishes, uncollected trash).

EVENTS AND UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS

Events, parties, and gatherings (with loud music or live DJs) are not allowed.

Only authorized guests listed in the reservation are permitted to stay.

PROOF OF PAYMENT

The security deposit receipt must be presented to the support team before entry.

NOISE AND NEIGHBOR RESPECT

Quiet hours must be respected, especially at night.

Playing loud music that disturbs neighbors is not allowed at any time of day.

USE OF FACILITIES

Use all facilities with care to avoid damage. Any damage will be deducted from the deposit.

Moving furniture or appliances without permission is prohibited. A R$100.00 fee may be charged from the deposit if this is done.

PET POLICY

Pets are welcome with prior notice. Only small, well-behaved pets are accepted.

Guests are responsible for cleaning and pet behavior.

Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas, armchairs, hammocks, pillows, bedding, towels, or rugs.

Pets must not be left locked in rooms for more than 3 hours during the day. At night, they must remain inside the owner’s room.

Use of the pool is forbidden for pets.

The guest is responsible for any damage caused by pets to the property or furnishings.

We are not liable for any incidents related to pets. (Note: The property is not fully enclosed.)

SAFETY

Always lock doors and windows when leaving the property to ensure the safety of your belongings.

MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS

Report any maintenance issues immediately to the support team so they can be resolved promptly.

WATER AND ENERGY USE

Please use water and electricity responsibly to avoid waste and protect the environment.

POOL AND COMMON AREAS

If there is a pool or shared areas, follow all hygiene and safety rules.

Children must be supervised at all times by an adult.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

Use of illegal drugs or controlled substances is strictly prohibited.

Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Use designated outdoor areas.

AT CHECK-OUT

Trash: All trash must be properly bagged to avoid attracting insects.

Dishes: All dishes must be washed before departure.

Air Conditioning: Ensure all air conditioners are turned off.

Belongings: Check all belongings before leaving. We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items.

NATURE NOTICE

Please note that this area is located within the Atlantic Forest, home to various species of wildlife and native plants. By law, these are protected, and we cannot take action against them. We are not responsible for incidents involving local flora or fauna. Thank you for helping preserve the environment.
