CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT:

• Check-in from 2:00 PM.

• Check-out by 12:00 PM.

• Flexible check-in from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM and check-out from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

• A R$ 100.00 fee will be charged for late check-in or late check-out outside these hours, to cover staff overtime.

PROVIDED ITEMS:

• Bed sheets and towels are provided (no replacement during stay).

• Breakfast is not included.

REQUIRED INFORMATION:

• Full name and ID number of all guests are required.

• License plate, color, and model of vehicles must be informed in advance.

PARKING:

• Large parking area for up to 4 cars.

CAPACITY & VISITORS:

• Maximum capacity: 15 people (including adults and children).

• Visitors beyond the registered 15 guests are not allowed.

• Under no circumstances are extra people permitted. The management may carry out inspections without prior notice, request immediate departure, and cancel the stay without refund in case of violation.

SECURITY DEPOSIT & FEES:

• R$ 1,000.00 refundable security deposit is required up to 24 hours before check-in (via bank transfer or Pix).

• Deposit will be returned after the check-out inspection.

• Cleaning fee: R$ 450.00 – includes delivery of the property clean, organized, and with laundered linens. Guests must return the house in similar condition.

• Optional housekeeper available: R$ 150.00/day (from 8 AM to 4 PM).

• R$ 200.00 fee will be deducted from the deposit if the house is left with unwashed dishes or excessive trash.

EVENTS & UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS:

• No events, parties, or gatherings with live or electronic music allowed.

• Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

PROOF OF PAYMENT:

• Deposit payment confirmation must be sent to the support team before check-in.

NOISE & NEIGHBOR RESPECT:

• Respect quiet hours, especially at night.

• Loud music or disturbing noise is not allowed at any time of day.

USE OF FACILITIES:

• Use the property responsibly to avoid damage. Any damages will be deducted from the deposit.

• Do not move furniture or utensils without authorization. If detected, R$ 100.00 may be deducted from the deposit.

PET RULES:

• Pets must be approved in advance.

• Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas, chairs, hammocks, linens, towels, or rugs.

• Pets cannot be locked in a room for more than 3 hours during the day. At night, they must stay in the owner's room.

• Pets are not allowed in the pool.

• Owners are responsible for any damage caused by pets.

• We are not responsible for pet-related issues. (The property is not fully fenced.)

SAFETY:

• Keep all doors and windows locked when leaving the house to ensure your belongings' safety.

MAINTENANCE:

• Report any maintenance issues immediately to the support team.

WATER & ENERGY USAGE:

• Be mindful of water and electricity usage to avoid waste and preserve the environment.

POOL & COMMON AREAS:

• Follow safety and hygiene rules.

• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

PROHIBITED ITEMS:

• No illicit drugs or controlled substances.

• No smoking indoors. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

AT CHECK-OUT:

• Trash must be bagged to avoid pests.

• All dishes must be washed.

• Turn off air conditioners before leaving.

• Check for all your belongings — we are not responsible for lost or forgotten items.

OTHER NOTES:

• Heated pool included.

• Reminder: The house is located in the Atlantic Forest region, a natural habitat for various wild species. As per environmental laws, they are protected. We are not responsible for incidents involving local fauna or flora. Thank you for helping preserve the environment.
