SHORT DESCRIPTION:
• Located in the Monte Verde Condominium, 900 m from downtown Guaramiranga, Chalet 03 accommodates up to 6 people in beds. It features 3 bedrooms, including a suite with air conditioning, plus a wooden mezzanine on the upper floor and a social bathroom. It offers a living room, equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV, and a private deck with barbecue. The condominium has a gatehouse, parking for 2 cars, swimming pool, and game room.
• Check-in and Check-out: Standard check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out must be done by 12:00 PM. Adjustments to these times can be considered depending on availability.
• Parking: The chalet offers two private parking spaces for guests’ convenience.
• Pet Friendly (with restrictions): Small pets are allowed, provided that owners ensure cleanliness and good behavior during the stay.
• Electricity charge: Electricity consumption during the stay is charged at R$ 1.50 per kilowatt.
• Equipped kitchen: The chalet includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave, electric oven, water dispenser, and basic utensils for meal preparation. Items such as water, seasonings, and other consumables are the guest’s responsibility.
• Free Wi-Fi: The chalet has quality internet. However, we are not responsible for possible service interruptions due to the provider.
• Private barbecue: There is an area with a barbecue available for private use.
• Cozy atmosphere: The space is designed for comfort, with a living room equipped with TV, sofas, and charming rustic décor.
• Peace and quiet: The environment is very quiet, ideal for relaxing and enjoying nature. The use of loud sound that may disturb neighbors is prohibited at any time of day.
• Personal hygiene items: Towels and bed linen are provided, but we recommend that guests bring their own personal hygiene items.
The chalet combines charm and functionality, offering a comfortable and welcoming stay. Its structure was designed to cater to both couples and families, ensuring practicality without losing coziness.

BEDROOM DESCRIPTION:
The bedrooms are arranged as follows:
• Suite: 1 double bed + air conditioning.
• Bedroom 2: 1 double bed + air conditioning.
• Mezzanine: 1 double bed + fan.
Guests will have full access to all private areas of the chalet, such as bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and balcony. They may also use the condominium’s common areas, respecting the rules established for everyone’s well-being.
• Pool: Use is allowed within the established hours and following the instructions on the on-site signs.
• Pets are welcome, but must always be on a leash and under the owner’s supervision, as there are children on the premises and we want to avoid accidents.
• Deck and common areas: After use, please collect your trash and keep the space clean for the next guests.
• Loud music is not allowed in any area. If someone is bothered, please be kind and reduce the volume or turn off the sound.
